AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE ARKANSAS STATE
PLUMBING CODE (FOURTH EDITION, 1963) AS
THE PLUMBING CODE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF
SAID CODE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Arkansas State Plumbing Code (fourth
edition, 1963) is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code for the
City of Little Rock. Three (3) copies of said Code have been
on file in the Office of the City Clerk for the time and in the
manner prescribed by Act 267, Acts of Arkansas, 1949, and shall
remain on file at all times hereafter.
SECTION 2. Any and all violations of the provisions
of said Code shall be punishable in accordance with provisions
of Section 30 -15 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
