AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 8401 WEST MARKHAM STREET IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCKOiRKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -1886 - Described as the E� of NjE4 SE4 NW of Section 2, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, and a tract described as the north 325 feet of the east 85 feet of the
west 1/2 of NO-4 SE 4 NV-4 of Section 2, T -1 -N, R-13 -W - From "D "- Apartment and
"All-One-family District To: "F "- Commercial District.
:Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
