AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE
UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCES IN THE GENERAL AND
STREET FUNDS FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the un-
appropriated balances in the General Fund for the year 1967 the
sum of Six Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and
N01100 Dollars ($667,250.00) and from the unappropriated balance
in the Street Fund for the year 1967 the sum of One Hundred
Seventy Five Thousand Six Hundred and N01100 Dollars ($175,600.00),
the aggregate total of which is to be held in reserve for capital
improvements expenditures for, among other things, the following
identified special projects and purposes:
Little Rock Housing Authority -ROW for Expressway
Storm Drainage
War Memorial Pool - Repairs
Purchase Park Adj. to MacArthur Park
Additional For University & "Alt Street
Sanitation Truck Shed
Renovate Parks Office
City Hall Elevator
1 - 1� Ton Water Truck
Monkey House Repairs
Dunbar Park Improvements
Rebsamen Park Improvements & Equipment
Car Wash Machine
Baird Building - Major Repairs
Breeding Insul. Bldg. - Major Repairs
Street Program (Capital Improvements)
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 11,820 is hereby repealed.
The sum of One Hundred Thousand and N01100 Dollars ($100,000.00)
therein appropriated from the Street Fund for the year 1966 and
the sum of Eighty Two Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Six and N01100
Dollars ($82,236.00) remaining of the Three Hundred Fifty Six
Thousand and N01100 Dollars ($356,000.00) appropriated from the
General Fund for 1966 are hereby voided and said sums are trans-

ferred to the Street and General Funds respectively for the
year 1967 as now constituted.
SECTION 3. The foregoing appropriations having been
made from unexpended balances in the General Fund and Street
Fund for the year 1967 shall be deemed and considered from and
after the passage of this Ordinance as appropriations lasting
and existing through the year 1967 and thereafter until same
shall be expended for the purposes designated or until changed
by appropriate action of the Board of Directors.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
