AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
subsection (a) - Z -2126 - Described as Lot 42, Garde: Homes
Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: ''F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - 2 -1522 - Described as the South One -Half (S�5)
of Lot 51 and all of Lot 6, Block 7, Fulton's Addition - From: "ii"- Apartment
District To: "E -1" -Quiet Business District.
'Subsection (c) - Z -2130 - Described as part of the Sw-4 SV-44
of Section 1, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described
as followss Beginning at a point 250 feet north of the southwest corner of
said Section 1, thence north along the west 1 i ne of said SW's Sw%tb 897.1 feet
to a point on the southerly right-of-way line of Rodney Parham Road; thence
south 53 degrees 25 minutes east along said right-of-way line, 260.3 feet;
thence south 246.5 feet; thence south 88 degrees 30 minutes east 154 feet;
thence south 145 feet, thence north 51 degrees east 20 feet; thence south
38 degrees 45 minutes east 483.2 feet; thence north 88 degrees 33 minutes west
681.2 feet to the point of beginning, containing 7.14 acres, more or less,
all located in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. From: "F1'-

Subsection (d) - Z -2133 - Described as the East 72.5 feet of
West 410 feet of NE14 Sw'4 NEB Section 360 Township 1 North, Range 13 West -
Froms "A" -One- family District To: ' "I" -Light Industrial District.
Subsection (e) - Z -1446 - Described as follows: The north
692.85 feet of the following: Commencing at the southeast corner of said
SW54 Sft thence north 87 degrees 17 minutes 27 seconds west along the south
line of said SW14 SV-4 428.9 feet; thence north 1 degree, 37 minutes 33 seconds
east 270.3 feet to a point on the northeast right-of-way line of Rodney Parham
Road, said point being the point of beginning; thence north 26 degrees 35 minutes
• west along said northeast right- of-way line 151.66 feet to the approximate
point of curvature of a curve to theleft; thence along said curve to theleft
a chord bearing of north 28 degrees 40 minutes west a distance of 103.7 feet;

Subsection (f) - Z -516 - Described as Terral's Replat of Tracts
40 and 41, Graceland Acres Annex to the City of Little Rock Except the western
120 feet thereof. From: "A"- One - family District and "fl'�- Commercial District
Tot "G -1"- Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
-Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3• That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
