AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB - SECTION (6) OF
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 11,548 SAME BEING
AN ORDINANCE CONDEMNING CERTAIN PARCELS OF
REAL PROPERTY TO BE USED FOR RIGHT -OF -WAY
FOR THE RE- CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVING OF 65TH
STREET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. Sub- section (6) of Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 11,948 which described certain real property condemned by
said Ordinance for street right-of-way and related drainage
facilities purposes, situated in the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, is hereby amended to read as follows:
(6) A parcel of land situated in LEIGH - BUTLER ACRES,
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: Part of Tracts 16
and 23, LEIGH - BUTLER ACRES, beginning at the northeast
corner of Tract 16; thence South 1043137" East 18.09
feet. thence North 89025139" West, 521.12 feet; thence
North 38056,57" East, 17.32 feet; thence South 89051156"
East, 510.38 feet to the point of beginning; containing
9,131 square feet, more or less.
SECTION 2. To the extent that Sub- section (6) of Sec-
tion 1, Ordinance No. 11,948, as originally passed describes
and condemns lands not described and condemned by this amended
ordinance, such lands inadvertently described are hereby declared
to be released and eliminated from a condemnation and taking by
the City of Little Rock exercised under the authority of the
laws of the State of Arkansas.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
