LITTLE ROCK, ARKrANS'',, ;MENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF T E CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR MI SR PURPOSES.
BE IT ORD{INED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTCRS OF TIE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2120 - Described as Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, Block 1,
Tuxedo Park ,?.ddition. From: "A "- Gne- family District To: "C"- Two - family
District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2124 - Described as a tract of land platted as
a tract in Blocks 1 and 2 of t-? v C .'ddition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski ;ounty, Arkansas, and a 48 foot street between Blocks 1 and 2 & C
Addition, a 7.5 foot alley northof said Block 1 and a 7.5 foot alley south
of said Block 2, closed by Pulaski county Court Order recorded February 7,

ordinances of the City of Little :ock and designated "District Map" be, and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and aoo roval.
