OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, ;-AMENDING SECTICN 43 -2 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDPMED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2103 - Described as the east 810.6 feet of the north 429 feet
of the S`;l =r '.!! -4 of Section 35
S , Tot•:nship 2 North, Range 13 'Test, "Pulaski County,
Arkansas containing 7.9C acres more or less. From: ":"- One - family Cistrict
To: "E -1 -A"- Nursing Home, Lodging and Undertaking District
Section 2. That the may referred to in ^ection 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in "ection 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
