ORDINANCE NO. 11v964
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2117 - Described as Lot 4 and the North 9.0
feet of Lot 5, Block 3, Hicks Subdivision of Boone's Addition. From: "B"-
Residence District To: "C"- Two - family District.
Subsection (b) - Z -1482 - Described as all of Lots 14, 15, and 16,
Part of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 12, and 13, and that part of the dedicated streets
and alley right -of -way all in Block 2, Huffman's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying north and west of the north right -of -way
line of the East -West Expressway. From: "l4"- One - family District and "E -1"-
Quiet Business District To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2121 - Described as the south one -third (S -1/3)
of Lots 11, 12, 13, Block 29, C. 0. Brack's Addition - From: "B"- Residence
District To: "E"- Apartment District.
Subsection (d) - Z -1605 - Described as a part of Tract 3, Vinson's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Starting at the northeast corner of Tract 4 of said Addition; thence North 0
degrees 23 minutes east along the east line of Tract 3, 50.0 feet; thence west
196.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue west 170.0 feet; thence
north 0 degrees 23 minutes east, 70.0 feet; thence east 170.0 feet; thence south
0 degrees 23 minutes west, 70.0 feet to the point of beginning. From: "A" -One-
family District To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (e) - Z -2128 - Various tracts within the Coliseum Project
described as all of Lots 1, 2, and 3, of Block 1, McCarthy's Pddition; all of
Lots 7 thru 12 of Block 1, McCarthy's Addition; all of Lots 3 thru 12 of Block
2, McCarthy's Addition; all of Lots 1 thru 12 of Block 3, McCarthy's Addition;
all of Lots 6 thru 10 of Block 4, McCarthy's Addition; all of Lots 1 thru 1.2
of Block 6, McCarthy's Addition, all of Lots 1 thru 10, and the South 1/2 of
Lot 11, Block 7, McCarthy's Addition; all of Lots 1 thru 10, Block 8, McCarthy's
Addition; all of Lots 1, 3, 4, and 22 of Battery Place Addition; all of a tract

Block 2, Sunset addition; all of Lot 10, Block 16, Sunset Addition - :From: "C"-
Two- family District To: "B"- Residence District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
