AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,000.00
FROM THE UN E7 I®RD BALMCE OF THE STREET FUND
TO STRIM BUDGET ACCOUNT TO P C21AM ADDITIONAL
RIGHT- OP4IAY FOR GSYSR SPRINGS ROAD AT THE MISSOURI
PACIFIC RAILROAD CROSSING; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW# THSRBFf , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to exercise
an option given by Mr. Cleveland Addis for the purchase by the City
of certain real property situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas, as
hereinafter described and needed as right -of -way in the improvement
of the Geyer Springs Road at the Missouri Pacific crossing for a
total purchase price of One Thousand and No /100 Doha rs ($1,000.00)
SECTION 2. The property referred to in Section 1 hereof
is situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas and is described as follows,
to -wit:
A portion of that part of the NK4, SWh, NWh of Section 30,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the rest line of said
Section 30 with the north right -of -way line of the Missouri
Pacific Railroad, thence easterly along a chord of said
north right-of-way line a distance of 91.85 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning;
Thence north 56026' east along a chord of said north
right -of -way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad a
distance of 19.75 feet; thence north 19018' west a
distance of 214.72 feet] thence south 11036' east a
distance of 141.30 feet; thence south 19018' east a
distance of 80.00 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 2,800.60 square feet, more or less.

A portion of that part of the NW4, SWh, NWh of Section 30,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the west line of said
Section 30 and the north right-of-way line of the Missouri
Pacific Railroad; thence along a chord of said north right -
of-wway line a distance of 173.57 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning.

Thence South 85053'30" west along a chord of said
north right -of -way of the Missouri Pacific Railroad
a distance of 18.50 feet; thence north 19018' west
a distance of 55.00 feet; thence north 26040' west
a distance of 141.10 feet; thence south 19018' east
a distance of 199.30 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 2,343.60 square feet, more or less.
SECTION 3. Upon tendering to the City a Warranty Deed so as
to vest full legal title to the property herein described in the
City of Little Rock, the City Manager is hereby authorized to
issue the necessary warrant or warrants of the City in payment
of the full purchase price herein provided for.
SECTION 4. There is hereby appropriated from the unexpended
balance of the Street Fund to the Geyer Springs Crossing Project -
the sum of One Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($1,000.00) to be used
for the purpose of purchasing the property herein described.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
