AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION,40 -6 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; SAID
SECTION DEALING WITH TRAILER COURT PLAN; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 40 -6 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock is hereby amended in all respects necessary to
include subsection (g) which shall read as follows:
(g) A trailer court shall have as a minimum
four (4) trailer coach spaces.
The inclusion of subsection (g) shall in no way be construed
to repeal any other subsection of Section 40 -6.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
