AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 110 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of more than two-
thirds in assessed value of real property located within the
territory hereinafter described have filed a petition praying
that an improvement district be established for the purposes
hereinafter set out, and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Board of
Directors of the City of.Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all the
parties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said peti-
tion was signed by more than two - thirds in assessed value of the
owners of real property within said territory, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following property in the City of Little
Rock, County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, to -wit:
All of Blocks 1, 21 3, 4, 5, and 6 in Westwood
Heights, an unrecorded subdivision of the SEk
SEk, Section 23, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said SEk SEk;
thence West 1233.1 feet to the Northwest corner
of Lot 16, Block 1; thence South 140.0 feet; thence
West 75.0 feet; thence South 450.0 feet to the
Southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 6; thence East
186.1 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 7, Block
5; thence South 750 33' East 962.8 feet; thence
East 190.0 feet; thence North 830.0 feet to the
point of beginning.
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,
15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 213, 22, 23, 24, and 25 of
Woodlawn Heights Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
for the purposes of constructing within the district a sanitary
sewer collection system to serve the inhabitants of said dis-
trict and constructing a sewer line beyond the boundaries of

the sewer district, if necessary, to make the desired connection
with the sanitary sewer system of Little Rock, Arkansas; said
purposes to be accomplished in the manner and of the materials
that the commissioners of the district shall deem to be in the
best interests of the district, and the cost thereof to be assess-
ed upon the real property above described according to the benefits
received.
Said district shall be known as "Sewer Improvement District
No. 1 0 of Little Rock, Arkansas," and M. E. Tarkington, Edward
D. Herndon, and H. C. Johnston, who are owners of real property
in said district, are hereby named commissioners and shall compose
the Board of Improvement for said district.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
