ORDINANCE NO. 12.292
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a)-- Z -2044 - Described as part of the S#4 SA
Section 193, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
described as beginning at the northwest corner of said Sv4 S#4 of Section
19, thence returning south along west line of said Sv4 SO4 372 feet to the point
of intersection of southwest line with northwest line of Mabelvale Pike;
thence north 490 east along said northwest line of said Pike 88 feet;
thence north parallel with west line of Sv4 Sv4 of said Section 19 a
distance of 90 feet; thence west 16 feet; thence north parallel with said
west line of said S#A S#4 Section 19 a distance of 150 feet; thence east
50 feet; thence north 75 feet more or less to north line of said SO4 SAA
of said Section; thence west along said north line of said Sv4 Sv4
Section 19, a distance of 100 feet to the point of beginning. From: "A "-

Subsection (b) - Z -2310 - Described as part of the NA
SA Section 27,-Township 2 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas
(to be designated as Tract "A" on the plat of Colony West Third Addition,
Unrecorded, to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas3 more particularly
described as: Beginning at the southeast corner of the N*A S4 said Section
27; thence North 880 50' west along the south line of said N04 Slh 661.6
feet; thence North O0 29' east 79.1 feet; thence North 100 51' West, 141.0
feet; thence northeasterly along the arc of a 343.33 foot radius curve to
the left, having a long chord bearing and distance of North 440 45' east,
210.0 feet; thence south 700 57' east 160.1 feet; thence North 890 39'
east 385.0 feet to a point on the east line of the Nvh SEh said Section
27; thence South 00 21' east along said east line, 330.0 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 222,000 square feet or 5.1 acres more or less.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District

Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTICK 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
