ORDINANCE N0. 12,288
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE 4800 BLOCK OF YOUNG ROAD IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
Section I. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Tract No. 1 - Z -2283 - Described as part of the SW-j NWJ NEB
Section 31, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginning at the point of
intersection of the west right -of -way line of Portsmouth Drive and
the north right -of -way line of Interstate Route #30; thence South
870 51' west along said north right -of -way of Interstate Route #30,
145.25 feet; thence north 00 27' east, 123.4 feet; thence north 880
37' east, 145.6 feet to a point on the west right -of -way line of
Portsmouth Drive; thence South 00 38' west along said west right -of-
way line 121.4 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.408 acres
more or less. From: "A" One - family District to "E -1 tQui*t1- .:,BasiAess District.
Part of the SO NW+ NEB Section 31, Township 1 North, Range 12
West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Be-
ginning at the point of intersection of the west right -of -way line of
Portsmouth Drive and the north right -of -way line of Interstate Route
#30; thence North 00 38' east, 121.4 feet to the point of beginning
of the tract of land herein described; thence South 880 37' west
288.8 feet; thence North 00 55' east, 296.0 feet; thence North 880
38' east, 287.5 feet to a point on the west right of way line of
Portsmouth Drive; thence South 00 38' west along said west right -of -way
line, 295.5 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.955 acres
more or less. From "A" One - family District To: "D" Apartment District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects neces-
sary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1.
