AN ORDINANCE CONDEMNING A CERTAIN PARCEL
OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS, TO BE USED FOR THE
PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING AND PROVIDING AN
EASEMENT ACROSS SAID PROPERTY FOR THE
USE AND BENEFIT OF THE LITTLE ROCK PORT
INDUSTRIAL PARK SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM;
DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO BRING CON-
DEMNATION PROCEEDINGS AGAINST SAID PARCEL
OF REAL PROPERTY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The following described parcel of real property is
hereby condemned for the purpose of establishing and providing an
easement for the Little Rock Port Industrial Park Sanitary Sewer
System and the City Attorney is hereby ordered and directed to file
in the proper Courts a condemnation proceeding against the said parcel
of real property:
An Easement across a parcel of land located in
Lots 7 & 8, Cherry Acres Subdivision, Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, the Easement more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of Lot 4,
Cherry Acres Subdivision; thence along
the North line of said Subdivision 503.4
feet to the point of beginning, thence
turn 1500 01, left to a line; thence 4.5
feet left and 15.5 feet right of said
line, approximately 450 feet to the
intersection of said line and the Center Line of
Fourche Creek. Easement contains .21
Acres, more or less.
This property appears to be owned by Mrs. Mary Fletcher.
The property hereinabove described is necessary to the public for
the ,purpose of establishing and providing an easement for the Little
Rock Port Industrial Park Sanitary Sewer System.
SECTION 2. The City Attorney is further authorized to secure an
Order of the Court allowing the City to take immediate possession of
the properties hereinabove described upon the posting of a bond in an
amount to be determined by the Court pending final determination of
the condemnation proceedings.

SECTION 3. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
