AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 10710 WEST MARKHAM STREET
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -22877 Described as the West 155 feet of South 250 feet
of Block 37, Sante Fe Park Addition. From: "A" -One- family District
To: "F "- Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Mail, be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
