AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 11600 BLOCK MARALYNN ROAD
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2067 - Described as part of the S14 SA-4 Section 33,
T -2 -N, R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Starting at the southwest corner of the SV& SE�4- said Section 33; thence
North 020 25' 39" West, along the west line of said SNf4 SE�4-, 900.15 feet
to the point of beginning of the tract of land herein described; thence
continue North 020 25' 39" West, 310 feet; thence North 770 00' East,
180 feet; thence southeasterly along the arc of a 318.33 feet radius curve
to the left, 100 feet; thence North 630 30' East, 130 feet; thence South
650 00' East, 95 feet; thence North 890 43' 21" East 125 feet south of and
parallel with the North line of the SV4 SIA4- 760 feet; thence South 340 00'
East, 140 feet; thence South 820 00' West, 270 feet; thence North 020 56'
39" West 65 feet; thence South 810 32' 30" West, 149.52 feet; thence South
860 04' 21" East, 370.0 feet; thence South 530 04' 21" West 128.0 feet;

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
D -3
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map ", be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
