AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING TEN THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($10,000.00) FROM THE 1965
IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND FOR PARKS
TO BE USED AT WEST END PARK, PROJECT 85;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
1965 Improvement Construction Fund for parks the sum of
$10,000.00 to be used for work on West End Park, Project 85.
SECTION 2. The City. Manager and Director of
Finance are hereby authorized and directed to disburse the
funds as needed for work on this project.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
