AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -1943 - Described as Lot 89 Block 1, Pfeifer's
Addition. From: "B "- Residence District To: "C"- Two - family District
Subsection (b) - Z -2298 - Described as the East 50 feet of
Lots 1, 2, 3, 41 5, and the East 50 feet of North 1/2 of Lot 61 all in
Block 20 Moore & Penzel's Addition. From: "C" -Two- Family To: "E -1" Quiet Business
Subsection (c) - Z -2294 - Described as Lots 4, 59 6, Block 20
Ebendale Addition. From: "B"- Residence District To: "C "- Two - family District
Subsection (d) - Z"2281-- Described as commencing at the southwest
corner of SW4 SA Section 35, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, thence north along the west
line of said SW4 SA, 456.17 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue
north 443.0 feet to a point which is 42990 feet south of the northwest corner
of said SWi, S%% Section 35; thence South 890 43' East 429.0 feet south of
and parallel to the north line of said SW4 SW%, 413.0 feet; thence south
276.1 feet; thence North 890 43' West 149.3 feet; thence South 280 48'
West 101.13 feet; thence South 700 17' West 228.50 feet to the point of
beginning containing 3.328 acres more or less. From: "A "- One - family
District To: I'D"-Apartment District.
Subsection 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
