AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43-2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2268 - described as part of the East Half
of NWT NE'k NWT Section 36, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, beginning
at the southwest corner of said E'r2 NW"-4 NE's NW14 thence north along
west line of said tract 126.6 feet to a point; thence east 20 feet to
a point on the north right-of-way line of Highway #10, which is the
point of beginning of tract; thence north 96 feet, thence south 760
301 east 49.95 feet, thence south 106.6 feet to the north line of
Highway #10, thence in a northwesterly direction along said right -
of -way 53.2 feet to beginning, and the abutting portion of Bryant
Street closed by Ordinance No. 120214 - Fr*m: "A" One- family District
To: "F" Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2280 - Described as Lots 3 through 10,
inclusive, Block 5, Ruebel and Leymer ►s Addition - From: "B" Residence
District To: "I" Light Industrial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map ", be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
