AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EMPLOYMENT
OF AN ADDITIONAL HEALTH AND HOUSING INSPECTOR;
APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $3,000.00 FROM THE
UNEXPENDED BALANCE IN THE GENERAL FUND;
AMENDING THE 1969 BUDGET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 17a of the 1969 Budget for the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby amended to reflect
the addition of one Health and Housing Inspector in the salary
range of $370 -485.
SECTION 2,
There is hereby appropriated from the
unexpended balance in the General Fund the sum of $3,000.00
to provide payment for the additional Inspector.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
