AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING _8225.GEYER SPRINGS ROAD IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE'ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property .
be and is hereby-changed as indicated.
Z -1944 - Described as the East 220 feet of the south half of Tract
2 (exclusive of right of way dedicated), Arnold's-Highland Acres, from
"D" Apartment District to "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
