ORDINANCE NO. 12,208
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
r'IND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2262 - Described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 17, 18, 19,
Southgate Subdivision. From: "A"-One-family District To: "E -1" Quiet
Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2266 - Described as part of Slf-,k Svfg, Section
19, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, beginning at a point 499 feet south of
the northwest corner of said SIA4 Sl'hii thence east 231.7 feet, thence south
118.0 feet, thence west 231.7 feet, thence north 118.0 feet to the point of
beginning of the tract. From: "A" -One- family District To: "F "- Commercial
District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2265 - Described as part of the —2 of the NIA-4-
of Section 12, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, described as follows: Beginning
at a point 165 feet west of and 88 feet south of the northeast corner of the
vg= of W4 of said Section, thence north and parallel to the east line of
said 141 of NW14 of said Section, 88 feet to thenorth line of said NY,P4, thence
east 165 feet to the northeast corner of the lV% of NAj of said Section 12,
thence south along the east line of said W' of said N*4 a distance of 175
feet; thence west 47 feet 8 inches, thence following a line parallel and 25
feet distance from the center of Rock Creek to point of beginning be the course
and distance what it may, less 25 feet off of the north side, reserved for
a street. From: "A" -One- family District To: "H "- Business District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2263 - Described as Lot 1, Block 4, Pinehurst
Addition. From: "C" -Two- family District To: "D "- Apartment District.
Subsection (e) - Z -2264 - Described as'Lot 9, and the South 47
feet of Lot 10, Block 3, Plateau Addition to the City of Little Rock

Subsection (f) - Z -2240 - Described as Tracts "A" and "B ",
McClellan Place Subdivision (unrecorded) and that portion of Valley Drive

described as: Starting at the southwest corner of the SA of said Section 6;
thence north along the west line of said Section 6, 1920.6 feet to the point
of beginning of the tract of land herein described; thence continue north
along said west line of Section 6, 320.1 feet; thence north 890 38' east, 945.0
feet; thence south 120.0 feet; thence southwesterly along the arc of a 925.0
foot radius curve to the right having a long chord bearing and distance of South
890 10' west, 14.0 feet; thence south 60.0 feet; thence south 890 38' west, 1.4
feet; thence south 140.0 feet; thence south 890 38' west, 930.0 feet to the

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
