ORDINANCE NO. 12,201
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
AND FOR OTIIER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsectinn (a) - Z -2260 - described as all of Lot 13, and the
South 17 feet of Lot 14, Block 22, Park Addition. From: "C" -Two- family
District To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -1558 - described as Lot 9, Block 8, Capitol
View Addition. From: "B"-Residence District To: "C"- Two - family District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2258 - described as Lot 6, Block 3, Oakwood
Place - From: "B "- Residence District To: "D "- Apartment District.
Subsection (d) - Z -1603 - described as all of Lots 3 and 4,
Hansford Addition, and Lot 2, except the west 52.65 feet, Hansford Addition
From: "F "- Commercial District To: "G -1" Commercial District.
Subsection (e) - Z -2261 - described as the north 100 feet of
the west 200 feet of the east 230 feet of Tract 8, Home Acres Addition.
From: "A "-One- family District To: "H "- Business District.
Subsection (f) - Z -2255 - Described as part of the North 1/2
Nf NE4 Section 25, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast
corner of said North Half (NL) NI%i NE14; thence wrest 652 feet; thence south
209.4 feet; thence north 880 40' east 652';thence north 206.7 feet to the
point of beginning; containing 3.2 acres, more or less, subject to a 30 foot
easement on the east endfor the Geyer Springs Road right -of -way. From: "A "-
One - family District To: "H"- Business District.
Subsection (g) - Z -2069 - described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and
the remainder of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, Block 36, Bragg's 2nd Addition to the
City of Little Rock. From: "C" -Two- family District To: "H "- Business
District.
Subsection (h) - Z -1668 - described as Part of Tract 5, Taylor's
Subdivision in the SF of Section 25, Township 1 North, Range 13 West,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows: Begin at a point on the
north line of said tract 5, which is 398.7 feet east of the northwest corner
of said Tract 5, thence south 140 feet to a fence, thence easterly 406.7 feet

along fence to the intersection of the westerly right -of -way line of New
Benton - Little Rock Highway, thence northeasterly 164.8 feet along said right -of-
way line to the intersection of the north line of said Tract 5, thence west 476
feet to the point of beginning. From: "A "- One - family District To: "F "-
Commercial District.
Subsection (i) - Z -1673 - Described as Lot 8, Block 20, Bellevue
Addition. From: "A "- One - family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
