AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 800 BLOCK OF RESERVOIR
ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z-2216,- Described as part of the SVA4, S*, of Section
35, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, described as follows: Begin
at the northwest corner of said SV4 Sft thence South 87 degrees 22
minutes east 518.2 feet; thence south 1 degree 45 minutes west 425.2
feet; thence north 87 degrees 22 minutes west 516.2 feet; thence north
1 degree 39 minutes east 423.4 feet to the point of beginning, in
Pulaski County, Arkansas. From: "A "- Single- family District To: "D "-
Apartment District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
