ORDINANCE NO. 12,181
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$967.00 FROM THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF
THE GENERAL FUND FROM FUNDS DONATED TO
THE CITY BY THE NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM
GROUNDS LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE FOR THE
PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE COST OF BRICK
WORK TO BE DONE AT THE MUSEUM; AUTHORIZ-
ING PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
unexpended balance of the General Fund, Nine Hundred Sixty

Seven and N01100 Dollars ($967.00) for the purpose of defray-
ing the cost of brick work at the Museum.
SECTION 2. This appropriation together with Four
Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty and N01100 Dollars ($4,820.00)
previously appropriated constitutes the total donation made
to the Cityts General Fund by the Natural History Museum
Grounds Landscape Committee.
SECTION 3. The City Manager and Director of Finance
are hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary
warrant or warrants to a contractor selected by the Natural
History Museum Grounds Landscape Committee in payment of his
work as it is accomplished but not to exceed the total amount
of the donation of Five Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Seven
and N01100 Dollars ($5,787.00). The members of the Natural
History Museum Grounds Landscape Committee and the Director
of Parks and Recreation for the City of Little Rock shall
determine the progress of the work and the amounts to be
disbursed to the contractor.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
