AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12,149
TO REAWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF
8 ANTENNAS; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That portion of Ordinance No. 12,149
which awarded to Utility Tower Company a contract for eight
(8) antennas to be purchased for the sum of One Thousand One
Hundred Ten and N01100 Dollars ($1,110.00) is hereby deleted
and the contract on the eight (8) antennas are awarded as
follows:
SUCCESSFUL PURCHASE
ITEM BIDDER PRICE
8 Antennas Motorola Comm. & Electric $1,106.22
SECTION 2. Upon delivery of the antennas complying
in all respects with the bidding specifications and bid pro-
posal the City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant or
warrants in payment of said purchase price.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
