HomeMy WebLinkAbout12179ORDINANCE NO. 12,179 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $8,654.00 FROM THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND TO THE 1965 IMPROVE- MENT CONSTRUCTION FUND, PROJECT 58 FOR THE PURPOSE OF REIMBURSING ARKANSAS LOUISIANA GAS COMPANY FOR COSTS INVOLVED IN THE RELOCATION OF TWO PIPELINES UNDER 65TH STREET; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. The sum of Eight Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Four and N01100 Dollars ($8,654.00) is hereby appropriated from the unexpended balance of the General Fund to the 1965 Improvement Construction Fund, Project 58 for the purpose of defraying costs for the relocation of two (2) pipelines under 65th Street. SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant or warrants to Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company for the work they have completed.
