AN ORDINANCE WAIVING HEIGHT RESTRICTION
FOR A 300 FOOT COMMUNICATIONS TOWER TO
BE CONSTRUCTED ON OZARK POINT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has ascertained that
a 300 foot communications tower is required for better operation
and reception of all City radio equipment and that said tower
should be constructed on Ozark Point.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Height restriction on television and radio
towers as contained in Section 38 -3 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock is hereby waived for the 300 foot communi-
cations tower to be constructed by the City of Little Rock on
Ozark Point.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
