AN ORDINANCE AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR THE
PURCHASE OF REVOLVERS, BELTS AND HOLSTERS
FOR USE BY THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPART-
MENT; TRANSFERRING FUNDS; AUTHORIZING PAY-
MENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and
bids received pursuant thereto according to lair for the pur-
chase of revolvers, belts and holsters for use by the Little
Rock Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive
bidders have been determined and it is the desire of the
Board of Directors to authorize the purchase of these items
from the lowest responsible and responsive bidders.
SECTION 1. The lowest responsible and responsive
bids on contracts for the purchase of revolvers, belts and
holsters for the City of Little Rock Police Department are
hereby accepted and contracts awarded as follows:

40 Revolvers with 2 inch
barrells
150 Belts
40 Holsters

SECTION 2. There is hereby transferred from Budget ,
Account 202 Police Clothing to Budget Account -J2 Police -
C= OE - "a�, the sum of Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred
Sixty Seven and NO 1100 Dollars ($13,967.00),
SECTION 3. Upon delivery of the aforementioned items

complying in all respects with the bidding specifications and
bid proposal the City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrant
or warrants in payment of the said purchase prices.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
