AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE NUMBER OF
MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
ARKANSAS ART CENTER; AMENDING THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR-OTHER-PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 26 -27 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended to
provide that the maximum number of members of the Board of
Trustees of the Arkansas Art Center shall be increased from
twenty four (24) to twenty seven (27).
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
