AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE
PAY CLASSIFICATION FOR LABORERS AND TRUCK
DRIVERS IN THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AMENDING THE 1968 BUDGET;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The beginning salary for laborers and
truck drivers in the Sanitation Department of the City of
Little Rock are hereby changed, commencing with the effective
date of this Ordinance, from Two Hundred Eighty and N01100
Dollars ($280.00) to Three Hundred and N01100 Dollars ($300.00)
monthly and from Three Hundred Twenty Five and N01100 Dollars
($325.00) to Three Hundred Forty and N01100 Dollars ($340.00)
monthly, respectively.
SECTION 2. The 1968 budget of the City of Little
Rock is hereby changed to reflect the provisions of this
Ordinance.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
