AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $314.10
FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL
FUND TO PAY A CLAIM TO MR. E. C. ROBERTS;
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of Three Hundred Fourteen and 10 /100
Dollars ($314.10) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
balance of the General Fund to settle a liability claim arising
out of an automobile accident between Mr. E. C. Roberts and a
Little Rock City Policeman.
SECTION 2. At such time as Mr. E. C. Roberts executes
full releases to the City of Little Rock, the City Manager and
Director of Finance are authorized and directed to issue a warrant
in the amount of Three Hundred Fourteen and 10 /100 Dollars
($314.10) to settle this claim.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
