AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FROM THE UN-
EXPENDED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND
THE SUM OF $13,000.00 TO BUDGET ACCOUNT
603 -B - GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE TO
PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC LIABILITY
INSURANCE COVERAGE; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of Thirteen Thousand and N01100
Dollars ($13,000.00) is hereby transferred from the unexpended
balance of the General Fund to Budget Account 603 -B - General
Liability Insurance for the purpose of defraying the cost of
public liability insurance purchased on Insurance Binders until
such insurance can be purchased on a competitive basis.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
