AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIREC'T'ORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2217 - Described as part of the * tOh of
NA SL% Section 9, Township 1 North, Range 12W,Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at northeast corner of
said W4 of NW4 NPii SE4 and run west 61 feet, south 150 feet, east 61 feet,
thence north 150 feet to beginning, except that part in Wright Avenue, said
tract also being part of Block 3, Fleming & Bradford's Addition. From: "C "-
Two- family District To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2218 - Described as NW% SA lying east of
Interstate 30 Right-of-Way, Section 28, Township 1 North, Range 12 West,
Pulaski County; SA SA Section 28, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski
County, and that part of SEA SE 4 of Section 29, Township 1 North, Range 12
West, Pulaski County, lying southeast of Interstate 30,(being 72.6254 acres*)
From: "A "- One - family District To: "I" -Light Industrial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
