ORDINANCE NO. 12,120
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$86.14 FROM THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF
THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PAYING TO POLICE OFFICER J.B. YANCEY
THE DIFFERENCE IN SALARY BETWEEN THAT
OF PATROLMAN AND SERGEANT, FOR THE
PERIOD BEGINNING APRIL 25 THROUGH
AUGUST 5, 1968; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Officer J.B. Yancey of the Little Rock
Police Department is entitled to pay as a Sergeant from
April 25 through August 5, 1968; and
WHEREAS, Officer J.B. Yancey was paid according to
the grade of Patrolman for the foregoing period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of Eighty Six and 14/100 Dollars
($86.14) is hereby appropriated from the unexpended balance
of the General Fund and the City Manager and Director of Finance
are hereby authorized and directed to pay said amount to Officer
J.B. Yancey of the Little Rock Police Department. This approp-
riation shall constitute the difference in pay from the grade
of Patrolman to the grade of Sergeant from the period beginning
April 25 through August 5, 1968.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
