ORDINANCE NO. 12,118
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 23 -13 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE _CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION 23 -13.2; PROVIDING FOR CHANGES
IN THE RATES OF FARE FOR TRIPS ORIGINATING AT THE
LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AND TERMINATING AT
POINTS WITHIN ZONE ONE (1) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 23 -13 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock is hereby amended by adding Subsection
23 -13.2 which shall read as follows:
"Sec. 23 -13.2. Same - Trips Originating at Airport.
Meter and zone rates shall not apply to trips
originating at the Little Rock Municipal Airport and terminating
at points within Zone One (1) in the City of Little Rock. The
rate for such trips shall be as follows:
One and 50/100 Dollars ($1.50) for one passenger and Fifty
Cents ($.50) for each additional passenger."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
