AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1.2046;
ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATIONS OF THE 11EMBERS
OF THE MUNICIPAL TOLLWAY AUTHORITY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Municipal Tollway Authority for the
City of Little Rock was created by Ordinance No. 12046 pur-
suant to Act. No. 33, 1968, and
WHEREAS, the purpose for the creation of the
Municipal Tollway Authority no longer exists, and
WHEREAS, members of the aforementioned Tollway
Authority have tendered their resignations to the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the resignations of R. A. Lile,
Jack T. Lynn, Sr., Max Mehlburger, Sr., Dan Phillips and
Moise B. Seligman, Jr., be and they are hereby accepted and
the members are hereby discharged from any further duties,
responsibilities or obligations pertaining to the aforementioned
authority.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 12046 creating the
Municipal Tollway Authority is hereby repealed and the tollway
authority abolished.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
