AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $189,400
FROM THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND
TO BE USED FOR VARIOUS SPECIAL PROGRAMS AND PRO-
JECTS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION to There is hereby appropriated from the un-
expended balance of the general fund the sum of $189,400, to
defray the costs to be incurred in special programs and protects
as per the following schedule:
SPECIAL PROGRAM
AND /OR PROJECT
APPROPRIATION
Removal of Abandoned Cars $ 5,000
House Demolition Program 30,000
Police Data Processing Survey 10,000
Police Communications Center 55,000
Police Facilities for Intelligence
& Research & Development 55,000
Community Relations Program 6,400
Fire Truck 28,000
TOTAL 189,400
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant or
warrants as deemed appropriate and necessary in proceeding with
the aforementioned special program or project.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
