AN ORDIN ".NCI~ AUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING FOR
THE ACQU:I::I)ITION AND DEVELOPMENT OF PARK
ITF "F" LOCATE';D AT 33th and HIGH STREETS
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; APPROPRIATING
THE SUM OF $25,000 FROM THE UNEXPENDED BAL-
ANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock is desirous of acquiring
and developing park site tT ", located at 38th and High Streets in
the City of Little JL-:ock; and
WHEREAS, funds are immediately needed to acquire and de-
velop said park; and
WHEREAS, the Federal Government has approved the City's
application for the acquisition and development of said park site;
NOW, THEREFORE) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THI' CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
I?CTZON 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute those actions necessary to the acquisition
and development of the aforementioned park site.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the unex-
pended balance of the General Fund, Twenty Five Thousand Dollars
($25,000) to be used together with other funds for the purpose
of acquiring and developing park site "F" as herein provided.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
