AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 9300 BLOCK OF LOETSCHER
LANE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2358 - Described as Tract "A" - a part of the S2 NV4
Section 6, Township 1 South, Range 12 West, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, described as follows: Commence at the northeast corner of said
S2 Nf ; thence south 890 37' west along the north line of said S2 NA a
distance of 225 feet to the point of beginning; thence south 00 38' west
430 feet; thence south 890 37' west 535 feet; thence south 660 57' west
120 feet; thence west 155 feet; thence north 00 08' west 472.2 feet to the
point on the north line of said S2 NA-4; thence north 890 37' east along
said north line 806.8 feet to the point of beginning, containing 8.17 acres,
more or less.
And a tract described as beginning at the northeast corner
of the S% N44; thence south 00 38' west along the east line of said S2 NO-A,
a distance of 430 feet; thence south 890 30' west 225 feet; thence north 00
38' east 430.5 feet to a point; thence north 890 37' east 227 feet to point
of beginning. From: "A "- One - family District To: "D "- Apartment District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
