AN ORDINAXCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$1,000.qJ FROM THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE
OF THE GENERAL FUND TO BE APPLIED ON
THF PURCHASE PRICE OF PROPERTY SITUATED
,af 718 WEST MARKHAM STREET; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
,I1Y OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the unexpended
balance of the General Fund the sum of $1,000.00 to be used together
with the monies appropriated by Ordinance No. 12,359 enacted June 15,
1970, for the purpose of purchasing the lands and building located at
718 West Markham Street, Little Rock, Arkansas. Said property is also
described as the East 26 feet of Lot 8 and the West 12 feet of Lot 9,
Block 136, original City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2: The purchase of the said property for the total
appropriations of Ordinance No. 12,359 and this Ordinance is hereby
authorized provided a title opinion by the City Attorney indicates that
fee simple title can and will be vested upon the City of Little Rock
upon the payment of said consideration.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
