AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a)- Z -2374 - Described as Lot 9, W, B. Worthen
Subdivision of Block 352, Original City of Little Rock. From: "D "-
Apartment District To: "H "- Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2378 - Described as Lot "C ", Kotch
Replat of Block 16, Bellevue Addition. From: "A "-One- family District
To: "C "- Two - family District.
Subsection (c) - Z -1654 - Described as starting at the
point of intersection of the west line of the E3!;, Wgg, S *4, Section 18,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West in Pulaski County, Arkansas, with the present
southeasterly right -of -way line of U. S. Highway 67/70, said point of inter-
section being 1783 feet north of the southwest corner of the said E3?, *,
S*4- of Section 18; thence in a northeasterly direction along said right -of-
way line of U. S. Highway 67/70 for 302.0 feet; thence south 10 02' east
for 15.3 feet to the point of beginning of the herein described parcel of
land; thence continue south 10 02'east for 332.6 feet; thence south 590 01'
40" east for 533.21 feet; thence south 100 36' 30" east for 150.0 feet; thence
north 880 23' east for 190.74 feet; thence north 50 55' west for 753.3 feet;
thence south 780 36' west for 106.4 feet; thence continue south 780 36' west
for 106.4 feet; thence north 90 47' west for 183.1 feet; thence south 72°
34' west for 295.0 feet; thence south 490 06' west for 36.86 feet; thence
south 720 34' west for 37.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 7.9
acres, more or less. From: "A "- One - family District and "F "- Commercial
District To: "I" -Light Industrial District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2304 - Described as Lot "F" Subdivision
of Tract 5, Home Acres Addition - From: "A"-One-family District To: "F "-
Commercial District.

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
