AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER
12,302, SAME BEING THE BUDGET ORDINANCE
FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR 1970,
APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $16,700.00 FROM
THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE IN THE GENERAL
FUND TO BE USED FOR VARIOUS BUDGET ACCOUNTS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the unexpended
balance in the General Fund the sum of $16,700.00 to the following
Budget Accounts and sections as provided on pages F and G of Section
4 of said Ordinance No. 12,302:
BUDGET ACCOUNT AND SECTION
C. Community Development
2. City Hall
F. Parks and Recreation
12. McArthur Park
G. Sanitation
1. Waste Removal
APPROPRIATION
$8,700.00
3,000.00
5,000.00
SECTION 2. The items on pages F and G in Section 4 of Ordinance
No. 12,302 and set forth in Section 1 above as affected by the appro-
priations provided herein are and the same shall be increased by the
amount of the appropriation herein. The Director of Finance and the
City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to extend the total
appropriations for the line items identified in the budget ordinance
for 1970 to reflect the increased appropriations herein made.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
