AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 9900 WEST MARKHAM STREET
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2226 - Described as the northwest corner of West
Markham Street and Ellis Drive, property being approximately 320 feet
on Ellis Drive and 110 feet on West Markham Street. The exact metes and
bounds are described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of
Block 45; thence east along the north line of said Block 45 130.0 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continue east on the north line of said Block
45 110.0 feet to the west line of Ellis Drive; thence South 10 west along
the west line of Ellis Drive 320.0 feet to a point on the north line of
West Markham Street; thence west along the north line of West Markham
Street 110.0 feet; thence North 10 38' east 320.0 feet to the point of
all lying in Sante Fe Park Addition
beginning, said tract containing 0.807 acres more or less/ From: "A "-
One - family District To: "D "- Apartment District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
