ORDINANCE NO. 12,344
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 6900 CANTRELL ROAD IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2349 - Described as a parcel in the N;j NEh NW&4 of Section 36,
Township 2 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, beginning at the northeast
corner of the Ell NW34 NEB Ni4 Section 36; thence south 870 46' east 92.5 feet;
thence south 000 06' west 120.1 feet; thence north 870 46' west 397.3 feet;
thence north 120.1 feet; thence south 870 46' west 305.0 feet to the point of
beginning containing 1.10 acres more or less, from "A" One - family District to
"D" Apartment District. Commencing at the northeast corner of E31 NW114 NE4 NW14
Section 36; thence south 870 46' east 92.5 feet; thence south 000 06' west
120.1 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue south 000 06' west 219.0
feet; thence north 870 46' west 107.5 feet; thence south 000 06' west 10.9 feet;
thence south 000 10' west 69.6 feet; thence north 740 46' west 249.6 feet; thence

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
