ORDINANCE NO. 12,343
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2348 - Described as Lots 1, 2 and 12, Block 27,
Capitol Hill Extension Addition, from "B" Residence District to "J" Industrial
District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2328 - Described as Tract 7, Home Acres Sub-
division lying west of Geyer Springs Road, from "A" One- family District to
"I" Light Industrial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2305 - Described as the East 46.6 feet of Lots
1 through'4, Block 26, Lincoln Park Addition, and one -half ( 'I) of abutting
closed alley, from "B" Residence District to "E -1" Quiet Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and it is
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
