AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE COMPLETION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN AUDITORIUM -
GARAGE; APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $65,000.00 FROM THE
UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF THE STREET FUND; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE'BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 3932 adopted by
this Board February 7, 1968, the firm of Cromwell, Neyland, Truemper,
Millett & Gatchell were employed for the purpose of preparing plans and
specifications for the Auditorium- Garage project. Said firm of
architects are hereby authorized to proceed with the completion of
those plans and specifications so that bids can be taken on the
construction of said Auditorium- Garage.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the unexpended
balance in the Street Fund the sum of $65,000.00 to defray the expense
incurred by the architects in preparing the plans and specifications.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
