AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AR MSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z- 1762 Described as beginning at the north-
east corner of the N*4 SE�4 Section 13, Township 1 North, Range 13 West;
thence South 00 47' East 721.3 feet to a point on the north right -of -way
line of Asher Avenue; thence on a curve to the left the following chord
bearings and distances; North 860 04' west 314.1 feet; North 890 11' West
384.6 feet to the southeast corner of Schoolwood Subdivision; thence North
00 52' west along the east line of Schoolwood Subdivision 707.2' to a point;
thence south 880 57' east along the north line of said N04 SEA, and the south
line of the Little Rock School District property 698.9 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 11.369 acres more or less. From: "D"- Apartment
District, and "F "- Comercial Districts to "F"- Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -1695 - Described as Lot 3, Block 5,
Jansen's Addition - From: "C "- Two - family District To: "F"- Commercial
District.
Subsection (c) - Described as all of Lots 1 through 14, Block
Z -2109
1, Fulton's Addition, and Lots 16, 17, 18, Block 204, Kimbal and Bay
Subdivision - From: "F "- Commercial District To: "E"- Apartment District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2344 - Described as all of Block 1, Sidney
J. Johnson's Addition. From: "B "- Residence District To: "F "- Commercial
District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
