AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 8100 BLOCK OF FOURCHE
ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2307 - Described as the * NW's SIB Section 32,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West (east side of Fourche Road) southeast
of Metropolitan High School. From: "A "- One - family District To: "I "-
Light Industrial District
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTICH 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
