ORDINANCE NO. 12,310 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF RATES FOR THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL WATER WORKS AND FIXING THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF Preamble The authority to operate and maintain the Little Rock Municipal Water Works is vested in the Board of Water Works Commissioners, but the authority to establish water rates is vested in the Board of Directors of the city.
